What is BCBA and BCaBA?

BCBA: Board Certified Behaviour Analysts are professionals who have met the requirements established by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB). They are trained to assess, design, implement, and evaluate behaviour change programs for individuals with various behavioural needs. BCBA certification requires a master's degree, coursework in behavior analysis, supervised experience, and passing the BCBA exam.

BCaBA: Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analysts are individuals who hold a bachelor's degree and have completed coursework in behaviour analysis. BCaBAs work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behaviour analytic interventions and assist in behavioural assessment procedures.
