Parent Support Group
Run by a registered psychologist this group is intended to provide support and education to parents of children with disabilities.
Open Group - Attend the sessions that interest you!
Rate: $60/session (invoices can be submitted to insurance)

Sessions occur online on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Each session will discuss the assigned topic and provide the opportunity to meet other parents, make connections, share experiences, and have the opportunity to discuss other concerns.

Session Themes
October 19th, 2023 - What to do after getting a diagnosis, explaining the report.
November 19th, 2023 - Resources on how to explain the diagnosis to siblings and other family members.
December 14th, 2023 - What developmental stages may look like and how they can come at different times
January 18th, 2024 - Education on medications: most common ADHD medications
February 15th, 2024 - Understanding the grieving process
March 21st, 2024 - Resources/organizing to work and take care of self
