We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with various speech, language, and communication disorders. Your primary goal will be to help children achieve their maximum level of communication and functional abilities in their daily lives.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech, language, and communication abilities to determine their therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address children's specific needs and goals, using evidence-based practice.
Provide speech-language therapy to children, including articulation therapy, language intervention, social communication skills, fluency therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) interventions.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement interventions that support children's communication and participation in daily activities.
Document children's progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate families and caregivers on how to support children's communication development and promote their independence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current ACSLPA License
2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping patients improve their communication abilities
